I like many of you have always enjoyed beer but for the vast majority of my life I was the sit at the bar or pub and pound the big name brand light beers and was more interested in quantity than quality. But that all changed when a few years ago my brother in law told me I needed to start expanding my pallet and try as he calls them “some real beers”. Well begrudgingly, I did and low and behold I discovered there was a new and exciting world of beer I never knew.
